• I DO NOT ALLOW for ANY of my art to be used on AI training.• I retain the right to deny any commission as I see fit, as well as cancel a commission and refund it, if I feel like I can not finish it on deadline, or if something happens.✦ PAYMENTS
• The payment MUST ALWAYS be made after the approval of the sketch. I DON'T accept to recieve the full payment only after the piece is finalized.✦ REVISIONS
• Revisions are free during the sketching phase. Any revision that is a little too complex to make after the approval of the sketch will have a revision fee starting at + $10.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• If your commission does not have a deadline, I will probably take my time making it. I can take up to 1 week to 3 months after the payment is made, depending on the complexity of the commission, and my availability. I will, however, keep communication open, and let you know if there will be any delays.
• If you have a deadline, I will complete it on time... But if there is a change on the deadline, a rush fee of $20 can be paid at any moment for me to prioritize your commission.✦ USE
• Please state CLEARLY since the beggining your use of the commission.
• If you initially only intended for the commission to be of personal use, but now you want the commercial rights to it, you MUST contact me and pay the fee.✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve full rights of my commission pieces, and may put them on my portfolio, post them, etc, unless the client pays for TOTAL RIGHTS on the art piece. I will, however, respect the client's wishes on when I can post the final image.✦ REFUNDS
• The client can ask for total refund on any commission that is not yet started, if it was paid upfront.
• If the client wishes for a refund after the approval of the sketch, only 80% will be refunded.
• If the client wishes for a refund after the lineart or flat colors phase, only 50% will be refunded.
• If the client wishes for a refund after the rendering phase, only 30% will be refunded.
• There is NO REFUND after the piece is finalized. I will ALWAYS send constant updates for the client to approve, so asking for a refund after the commission is finished will always be considered as a potential fraud.✦ COMMUNICATION
• I mainly use my discord to communicate with my clients, as it is the easier way to send constant updates and recieve feedback.
• If you don't have/don't like to use discord, the communication can also happen via e-mail, but the updates may be a little less frequent.
